   Shipping: We ship by UPS. All shipping charges will be standard ground unless specified. All items are insured. In stock items will be shipped out the next business day and will take 3-7 working days to arrive. Out of stock items and special orders may take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. Back ordered items will NOT be charged until the item comes in.

   Damaged goods: Please examine upon receipt. Contact the delivering carrier at once. Keep the shipping carton and all packing materials. DTM Autohaus, Inc. cannot initiate the claim with the carrier.

   Returns/Exchanges: All returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt. A copy of our invoice must accompany returned merchandise and will be subject to (25%) restocking fee. No returns on electrical parts, special orders, or special sale items.
